Return & Defective Item Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below:

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Final Sale: permanent jewelry, holiday/seasonal merchandise, custom or personalized creations, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Items showing wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
  • For exchanges, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order to ensure availability.

Defective Items & Repairs

  • If your item breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
  • If the original item is unavailable, we will replace it with the closest match.
  • Jump rings are always replaced free of charge.
  • Permanent Jewelry Re-Welds: If your permanent jewelry is cut or broken off, re-welds are available for $15.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Custom or personalized pieces may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 2-7 business days after processing.

Expedited options are available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

From Juniper With Love is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. We’ll do our best to help from our end.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
