If a piece is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, we’ll happily replace it with a new one so you can continue wearing your story without worry. To keep your pieces shining and lasting beautifully, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or spending time in water. If your jewelry does get wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth.
For our charm necklaces, we suggest avoiding regular wear in the shower—this helps preserve their finish and keeps each charm secure and radiant.

While our jewelry is nickel and lead free, certain individuals are particularly sensitive and can only wear sterling silver and pure gold. If this applies to you, we cannot assure that you won't experience some kind of reaction when wearing gold plated and gold filled materials.
Some pieces may naturally tarnish over time—it depends on the metal, how often you wear it, and how much it’s exposed to water, sweat, or everyday elements. Stainless steel, however, will stay bright and untarnished through it all.
